This is after it was reduced to one lane near Worcester Bridge after Storm Franklin caused the river to rise.

A tweet from Worcestershire County Council Highways said they would keep the road open "as long as possible."
It said: "Traffic at the bottom of Hylton Road, Worcester is currently restricted to one lane only by the garage - there is water on the road but the road and bridge are still open.
"Please expect delays crossing from west towards the city centre - we will maintain access as long as possible."
