THE biggest show-stopping musical of all time is on its way to Malvern.

But before Hello Dolly! arrives in Worcestershire in April, the spectacular show opens at the Birmingham Hippodrome and your Evening News is giving away tickets to opening night on Tuesday, February 12.

With music and lyrics by Jerry Herman, Hello Dolly! won an impressive 10 Tony Awards and during its record-breaking run on Broadway featured some of the biggest names in Hollywood including Ginger Rogers, Betty Grable and Ethel Merman.

Filling the shoes of matchmaker Dolly Levi this time around is Anita Dobson, best remembered as Angie Watts in TV's EastEnders. She will star opposite Darren Day as Cornelius Hackl.

To be in with a chance of winning a pair of tickets - we have three pairs to give away - answer the following question: Who played Dolly in the 1969 film version of the musical?

Send your answer to Lauren Rogers, Worcester News Newsroom, Berrows House, Hylton Road, Worcester WR2 5JX or e-mail lr@worcesternews.co.uk You can also text the answer. Start your message DOLLY - followed by the answer - and then send to 80360.
