A 26-year-old man has appeared in court charged with rape of a woman and recording an image under clothing to observe another without consent.
Ashley Withers of no fixed abode gave the address of his solicitors at Foregate Street in Worcester when he appeared before city magistrates on Thursday.
He did not enter pleas to the offences, said to have taken place in Evesham on May 23 last year. The case was prosecuted by Ralph Robybs-Landricombe. Belinda Ariss appeared for the defence.
The case will next be heard at Worcester Crown Court on February 17 this year.
Unconditional bail was granted in the meantime.
