A WORCESTER man accused of raping and indecently assaulting a boy aged under 16 has appeared at Worcester Magistrates Court.
The court heard Brian Holden was charged with raping the boy between August 1 and November 1 in 1991, indecently assaulting the same boy between August 1 and December 31, 1990, and indecently assaulting him between October 1, 1991, and January 1, 1992.
Holden, 45, of Southdown Road, Blackpole, also faces charges of indecently assaulting the boy between September 1 and December 31, 1990, another count of indecently assaulting the boy between September 1 and December 31, 1990, and a further allegation of indecently assaulting him between August 1 and December 31, 1990.
Holden was told he will be tried at Worcester Crown Court and the case was adjourned to Tuesday, January 29.
