A MAN denies breaching his criminal behaviour order by refusing to leave a supermarket car park.
Justin Ivor Wynn, of Lowesmoor, pleaded not guilty to failing to leave Asda Car Park in Silver Street when he was requested to do so by a person in authority on July 5 this year.
The requirement is part of the 42-year-old's criminal behaviour order made by Worcester Magistrates Court on April 30.
The case was adjourned for a case management hearing which he must attend.
Wynn was remanded on conditional bail until Monday, December 20 to appear again at Worcester Justice Centre.
Conditions of his bail were that he is to live and sleep each night at an address in Lowesmoor.
