The Coca Cola truck will not be coming to the West Midlands today.

The iconic red vehicle was meant to visit Market Square in Wolverhampton today however the event has now been cancelled last minute.

The stop was going to be the closest destination for Worcestershire residents to visit.

Now however, locals will have to go further afield to see the famous truck.

A Coca-Cola spokesman said: "Due to a last minute technical hitch, we have regretfully had to cancel today's visit to Market Square in Wolverhampton.

"We’re confident that the problem will be fixed and we will be able to resume our tour tomorrow.

"We’re sorry for any disappointment this may cause."

Next on the truck's tour is Cardiff, December 8 to 9, followed by Bristol, December 11 to 12.
