The manager of a top-rated Worcestershire spa has said she is 'overjoyed' after the luxury retreat was nominated for the final of a prestigious award.
Based on votes from the local public, The Malvern Hotel & Spa has been recognised and shortlisted for the 'Best Day Spa in the West Midlands & Wales' as part of the Good Spa Guide awards 2021.
It will now go head-to-head with 12 other regional high-flyers in a bid to be crowned champion.
Nickki Scoffin, Spa Manager at The Malvern, said: "We are overjoyed to have been recognised as one of the Best Day Spas in the West Midlands & Wales by the Good Spa Guide.
"Being shortlisted in itself is such a huge achievement for our spa team who have worked tirelessly throughout the pandemic to continue to deliver exceptional customer service.
"We can’t wait to see how the final turns out, but we thank each and every one of our customers for their ongoing support.
"This shortlisting is not only recognition for our team but all the customers who make our job worthwhile."
Recognising only the finest spas in the region, the Good Spa Guide is an industry leading award that highlights the outstanding work in the industry, especially after a challenging 18 months.
The news tops off a busy and exciting month for The Malvern, who debuted their brand-new poolside pods equipped with heating, lighting, music, and bubbles for guests to enjoy during their stay or visit at the leading hotel.
