Bonfire night is just a day away now and with firework displays being held outside, knowing what the weather looks like in your area can help you prepare.
Although some firework displays have been cancelled, some are still going ahead so keep an eye out for the bright and colourful bursts of light whether you’re layered up outside or cosy inside.
If you’re out and about in Worcester this weekend, look no further.

In Worcester on Friday November 5, the Met Office says you can expect temperatures with highs of 11 degrees and lows of 3 degrees, though it’s due to be 3 degrees in the early hours of the morning.
It looks like it’ll be a mostly dry day with little chance of rain. At 4pm, the temperature is expected to be 11 degrees and will drop to 10 degrees around 6pm and from 7pm it’ll be 9 degrees so make sure you wrap up warm if you’re off to watch the fireworks.
On Saturday, Worcester can expect to see temperatures of 8 degrees to 13 degrees.
Its going to turn decidedly autumnal and unsettled this weekend 🍂

Wet and very windy weather arrives on Saturday, with a spell of severe gales in the far north ⚠️
Drier but still windy on Sunday and changeable going into next week 🌧️🌤️ pic.twitter.com/Yq8G44V5Xj
The temperature is thought to be 12 degrees but feel like 9 degrees at 6pm so an extra layer might serve you well when outside. It’s thought to be a cloudy day with little chance of rain much like Friday.
Sunday’s weather looks to be very similar to that of Friday and Saturday with temperatures of between 8 and 11 degrees expected.
Again, there doesn’t seem to be a big chance of seeing any rainfall, making watching any remaining firework displays that bit more enjoyable.
West Midlands weather forecast
The Met Office’s West Midlands weather forecast says Friday “will be a dry and bright day with variable cloud and some sunny spells. Feeling a little milder than Thursday. Maximum temperature 11 °C.”
The outlook for Saturday to Monday says: “Bright at first Saturday, with wind and rain arriving late in the afternoon. Rain clears Saturday night leaving a brighter, but windy day on Sunday. Dry and bright on Monday.”
