A 52-year-old man admitted blackmail when he appeared before a Worcester judge.
Ian Rodenhurst pleaded guilty to blackmail in Worcester when he appeared before Judge Nicolas Cartwright at the city's crown court yesterday ( Wednesday).
The defendant of Wadborough Park Farm, Wadborough, near Pershore demanded money with menaces on October 7, 2019.
He has pleaded guilty on a basis which the Crown indicated they did not intend to litigate.
A pre-sentence report was ordered in the meantime. Sentence was adjourned until Friday, November 26. Bail was granted on condition Rodenhurst co-operates with probation.
