WEATHER warnings have been issued ahead of a weekend set to see rain across Worcestershire.
The Met Office has put warnings in place for the South West and parts of Herefordshire, with rain set to sweep the country over the next few days.
For Worcestershire, Saturday will see a wet start before rain clears throughout the morning.
This will then give way to a mixture of sunshine and showers throughout the day.
These will ease through the evening, with the maximum temperature sitting at 14 °C.
From Sunday through to Tuesday, the weather will remain unsettled with further rain coming.
According to the Met Office this will be heavy at times, interspersed with some drier and sunnier spells.
Throughout the next few days it will remain windy and feeling cold.
Next week's weather is also likely to be unsettled, with showers likely across southern and central areas of the country.
Further spells of rain will persist with a chance of snow in the north of the country.
There is a risk of rain causing potential flooding, however the Met Office says it is less than likely.
Due to a cooler northwesterly air flow, temperatures are most likely to be lower than average for the time of the year, particularly in the north.
