A man who 'tickled' the hips of two women in a Worcester chippy has been found guilty of sexual assault and harassment.
Gurminder Lola of Kingsbury Road, Worcester was found guilty at Kidderminster Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, October 27.
The bench heard how he allegedly 'tickled and put his hands on the waist' of one woman at the Bull Ring Chippy in St John's, causing her to feel "uncomfortable and distressed".
In a separate incident at the takeaway, Lola is said to have harassed another woman in a similar manner.
Magistrates heard how the 57-year-old reportedly tickled her hips, threatening to tie her down while "patting her waist".
The defendant has also been found guilty of sexual assault for 'sexually' touching women without their consent.
He will be required to register at Worcester police station in accordance with the Sexual Offences Act for a period that will be specified after sentencing.
Lola has been remanded on conditional bail until a pre-sentencing report is prepared on Thursday, November 25.
