There are lane closures on the M5 following a pair of breakdowns this morning.
Around 7:30am National Highways reported two breakdown incidents on the M5 southbound.
The first involves an abnormal load between junctions seven and eight, resulting in one lane closure.
Traffic officers are at the scene organising recovery and motorists are advised to take care when driving past.
UPDATE: The vehicle has now been recovered and all lanes have reopened.

The second incident was reported just nine minutes later, at 7:35am, and took place between junctions five and six.
One lane was closed as a result.
UPDATE: National Highways reported at 8:21am that the second breakdown, between junctions five and six, had now been cleared and that all lanes reopened.
National Highways state that traffic officers are again at the scene and that recovery is on its way.
