A woman has told of how a "rough" member of security left her husband's new phone scratched after knocking it out of her hand at Light Night.
The woman, who has asked to remain unnamed, was filming her 81-year-old mother with the angels on Thursday night (October 21) when she was approached and asked to move by a member of security so they could pass.
After she insisted that she was just getting a video, he seemingly pushed her, resulting in the phone falling to the floor.
She said: "A family went past us, and they spoke up and said that the security were being too much, as if it was a festival or a rock concert.
"I'm sorry but we've just had a pandemic and people need to be nice.
"The organisers put on an amazing few nights at the light show, they all should be proud of themselves and my family for one will clap for them.
"But they need to talk to their security about being polite to people, that probably would be one of the things that could improve next year's light show."
The woman has since contacted Severn Arts to report the incident.
The organisation say that they've spoken with her.
A statement read: "We have been in conversation with the member of the public who contacted us directly and we have responded to their concerns.
"We were also notified by security last night.
"There were large numbers of people in the city centre due to the popularity of the event and the security team were there to keep everyone safe.
"Residents of the city have been overwhelmingly positive in response to the event."
Light Night took place between Tuesday to Thursday, October 19-21, from 6pm to 10pm each evening.
