On 10th January 2008, year 2 & 3 pupils from Warndon, Cranham Drive, Gorse Hill, Perdiswell, Lyppard Grange and Fairfield Primary Schools came together at Elgar Technology College as part of the PESSCL Strategy to celebrate and perform the work they had done with DanceFest in their own schools before Christmas.
Mrs Foulds (Head of Physical Education & Sport Faculty) at Elgar Technology College said "This was a wonderful display of the childrens' hard work. It was a delight to see so many parents supporting the event. The pupils were a credit to their schools and we eagerly await next year's performance."
The PESSCL strategy (P E School Sport Club Links) is a national strategy to develop and increase participation and attainment in young people within sport.
