Neighbours claim to have seen a crossbow and axes thrown out of a window of the property while others were told not to go in their gardens.
He was taken to Worcestershire Royal Hospital in a non-life changing condition following the incident on Tuesday (October 19).

West Mercia Police added that no other injuries were reported and enquiries are ongoing.
Rumours suggested that an incident with Platform Housing was the cause of the issue but the housing association has denied these claims.
"The incident at The Glade on 19/10 did not involve Platform Housing Group and did not relate to the tenancy there.
"Platform Property Care vans happened to be in the vicinity working on an empty home in another part of the street.
"We are working to support both the family involved and the wider community, to ensure they remain safe in their homes."
