THERE are two new names joining the list of city food businesses that have received five star food hygiene ratings from health inspectors.
Ratings are judged by Food Standards Agency (FSA) inspectors over the standards in the handling of food, how food is stored, how food is prepared, cleanliness of facilities and pest control, how food safety is managed and evidence staff know about food safety.
New five-star city businesses to make the list, and the date they were inspected, are:
- The Fox Inn, Bransford Court Lane, Bransford (October 6)
- Acorns Childrens Hospice, Bath Road Worcester (October 1)
A number of businesses have the five star rating, the highest available in the city. Others to make the list recently include:
- Alliance In Partnership At Hanley Castle High School, Church End, Hanley Castle (September 17)
