TONIGHT people will gather in Warndon to bring a bit of Christmas magic to a seriously-ill father and his three children.
Nikki Lee has asked for as many people as possible to gather outside her cousin Matthew Sandbrook's home in Warndon to sing Christmas carols.
It will be a surprise for Matthew, age 36, who was recently diagnosed with a brain tumour and whose family have decided to hold Christmas in October.
The family have brought Christmas forward so his three sons Connor, 15, Kyle, 13 and Tyler, nine.
The day is extra special as it is also his girlfriend Rebecca Rushton's birthday.

People attending tonight's carol singing are asked to follow some important instructions to keep the secret under wraps for as long as possible.
Miss Lee said she was excited for tonight: "It's coming together really, really well.
"The numbers of people joining the Facebook group keep on going up.
"People have sent some lovely messages of support for Matthew and once it is over we are going to open the group up to Matty and his family."
Arrival
Miss Lee has asked for people to arrive at the green off Rodborough Close before 6pm and not to park in the close or nearby roads.
"If people can try to be quiet until we are ready to start singing that would be fantastic."
She asked for people to gather at the green and not stand outside Matthew's home beforehand.
People will be placed in groups so that family members can be placed near the front.
Miss Lee will be wearing a yellow bobble hat if anyone needs information on the evening.
The surprise
"At around 6pm/6.15pm we will start to move to the house.
"We want people to be as quiet as possible until 6.30pm so we can surprise Matty."
The song list
After the singing
Miss Lee has asked for people to leave the area swiftly following the singing.
Flyers have been sent out to people living nearby but the family want to make sure there is as little disruption as possible.
"Please be respectful of the neighbours and be extremely respectful of other people's property too.
"Once it is over we ask people to swiftly and politely ask that there is no loitering.
"Please do not approach Matty or his family - Matty is extremely vulnerable and we want to protect him."
Christmas cards and gifts for the family
Anyone wishing to leave cards and gifts can either leave them with Miss Lee or at the end of the driveway of the family's home.
Thank you
Miss Lee thanked everyone who had been in touch offering help and for everyone's support ahead of tonight.
"I think it is going to be phenomenal - I'm not too sure what to expect myself but I think it is going to be a great surprise for the family."
