A WORCESTER man has appeared in court to admit breaching the requirements of a community order.
Benjamin Parkinson, 32, of Battenhall Road, admitted the breach - for failing to maintain contact with his supervision officer - when he appeared at Kidderminster Magistrates Court on March 5.
Magistrates decided to take no action on the breach, but ordered the 32-year-old, who was represented by Judith Kenny, to pay costs of £60.
An offer to pay the amount at a rate of £10 per month, starting on August 5, was accepted by magistrates.
