KEEN young netball players have been getting plenty of practice thanks to new facilities at a Worcester school.
A £5,000 grant from the National Lottery paid for the resurfacing of the court at St Clement's Primary School in Henwick Road, St John's, plus new nets and equipment. The court is available for use both by the school and the community.
Headteacher Kate Brunt said: "The children are making good use of their new court. It is fantastic that we have been able to provide this both for pupils and the community." Above are St Clement's Primary School pupils Megan Roberts and Matthew Breed on the netball court. A puppet show was part of the fund-raising which helped towards the resurfacing.
