This year’s season of Love Island has been a whirlwind of drama and those keeping up with the constant fallouts are probably on edge wondering which boy and girl will be sent home in tonight’s episode.

In yesterday’s episode, Jake received a text from the show creators to say the islanders would be treated to a day at a beach club.

The text read: "Islanders, it's time to get up and go as you'll be spending the day at the Island Vibes Club. Please get ready to leave the villa. #outout #notaladsholiday"

However, the fun was cut short, when Love Island host Laura Whitmore turned up with the shocking news of a surprise dumping.

The public had been voting over the weekend for their favourite boy and favourite girl and those with the least votes are now at risk of being sent back home to the UK.

Kaz Kamwi, Abi Rawlings and Mary Bedford received the fewest votes out of the girls whilst Dale Mehmet, Jake Cornish and Tyler Cruickshank received the fewest votes out of the boys

The host announced a surprise twist, revealing that the choice of who stays and who goes lies with their fellow contestants.

She said: "That decision is in the hands of your fellow islanders."
