A FIRE next to the track at Ledbury means that all lines between Hereford and Great Malvern are blocked.
National Rail warned that trains between Hereford and Worcester Foregate Street may be cancelled, delayed or revised.
"We anticipate disruption will continue until the end of the day."
Routes affected by the fire are the Great Western Railway between Hereford and London Paddington and West Midlands Railway between Hereford and Worcester Shrub Hill/Birmingham New Street.
Great Western Railway customers are being told to take replacement road transport which has been requested to run in both directions between Hereford and Great Malvern.
Customers may also use their ticket on Transport for Wales and West Midlands Railway services via any reasonable route to complete their journey.
West Midlands Railway customers will also be able to use replacement road transport running between Hereford and Worcester.
Their tickets are also valid on Transport for Wales services between Hereford and Shrewsbury.

Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue said crews from Ledbury and Hereford were currently dealing with the fire near the railway track in Ledbury.
"Fire crews are liaising with Network Rail and extinguishing the fire."
