SINDY dolls from the 1960s, Star Wars figures from the 1970s and porcelain dolls from the 1850s are all on display in Worcester.
The I Love Toys exhibition, at Worcester City Art Gallery and Museum until March, gives residents the chance to turn back the clock and remember the toys from their childhood.
Most of the toys, selected from the museum's own collection, date from the 60s to the 90s, but there is one special display case housing toys over 100 years old.
A number of Worcestershire schools are attending workshops based around the exhibition, during which they will have the opportunity to handle some of the ancient toys.
Angie Bishop, visitor services manager, said: "There is an old teddy bear, some tin trucks and some beautiful porcelain dolls, one of which is 150 years old."
There are still spaces for school to take part in workshops and anyone interested should call Ms Bishop on 01905 25371. The exhibition runs until Saturday, March 8.
