ANOTHER e-scooter operator was taken in by police on Sunday having been over the drink drive limit at 10 o'clock in the morning.
A tweet from West Mercia Police's Operations Patrol Unit for Worcestershire read: "Drink driving takes many forms.
"Today in Worcester it was a male riding along the pavement on an e-scooter at 10am with children around on a very busy Bank Holiday weekend.
"In custody he blew 85!"
The maximum permitted micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath is 35 in England.
It follows on from police announcing an e-scooter would be crushed after its operator was stopped in the city last week, a move that prompted criticism from members of the public.
