WORCESTERSHIRE beauty spots are among the locations being enjoyed by 'doggers' according to websites advertising meet ups.
Some of the spots on the lists are being enjoyed by families for a trip out by day but at night, particular at weekends, they are being used as a rendezvous spot for those who partake in ‘dogging’.
The activity is described as the practice of watching or engaging in exhibitionist sexual activity in a public place, and there are several adult websites where the exhibitionists rate and review the spots, and explain exactly where to rendezvous to avoid public detection.
Dogging itself is not illegal, but it can be if another person sees the act. If it causes outrage to a witness, an offence may be committed. The offence is one of public indecency, or public nuisance - but having sex in a public place is not against the law.
Many write about taking their partners, all genders involved, and some add it can happen in some locations even during daytime hours.
Here are a few of the locations listed, and what is written about them.
Worcester
• Tesco Express car park, Blackpole
• M5 Junction 6 with A449, lay-by on both sides.
• Perdiswell Car Park near the swings/canal
• A38, south out of Worcester, Severn View car park/picnic area
• Barbourne, car park off Waterworks Road backing onto the racecourse
• Whittington, fields by the motorway
The website reviewer writes of some of these locations are "nice and dark", that several couples have been spotted there during late hours, some "watch only".
Meanwhile Trench Wood nature reserve has it own dedicated section calling it a "very discreet wooded nature reserve with a perfect off road car park" and another location being "off a dirt track".
This site is described as a place of "lots of action" adding: "Daytimes or evenings as it’s quiet and very discreet, the perfect place".
Malvern
• Car park on right hand side just before the Wych Inn pub
• Car park on Cockshot Road
• Malvern Hill British Camp Car Park,
• Castlemorton near Malvern. B4208 to Coombe Green

The exhibitionist writes of British Camp "nice hotel for drinks before or after action", and the Castlemorton site saw "daytime fun in a secluded area".
Meanwhile Bromyard Downs is described as a very popular spot for walkers but "the area has a secret side and it seems it is not just glow worms you could come across if you head there after dark."
The reviewer adds a car park there "can get quite busy".

• A38, Droitwich to Wychbold, car park near Travelodge and Starbucks.
• Laybys in Hadzor near Droitwich

The exhibitionist says of Titton Lane: "Can be very busy any time of day - busy midday".
