THE property management of the former Royal Worcester Porcelain site has been taken over with plans for new businesses to move in.

GJS Dillon has taken over the site and is advising tenants on moving onto the two sites, totalling more than 24,000 sq ft. The company’s property asset management team is taking over the service for the commercial elements of the Royal Porcelain Works known as site A and Site C.

Site A, which equates to circa 10,000 sq ft over two floors, is currently fully let with tenants including Goodroots and Ecrubox.

Site C, which equates to circa 14,000 sq ft across two linked buildings (also known as Severn House and Painting House), has recently come to the market with GJS Dillon’s agency team.

The ground floor of both buildings has now been let with two other suites on the first floor under offer.

The instruction came about from a further collaboration between the Worcestershire commercial property consultancy’s Agency and Property Asset Management teams.

The Agency team was instructed to market the site in June after its client finished the redevelopment of the site.

GJS Dillon’s Asset Management Director, Adam Jones, said: “I’m absolutely delighted to be working with the Bransford Trust and with our own Agency Team on these beautifully renovated historic buildings.

“Our client has provided accommodation that is not only of high specification but that is full of charm and character.”

The former Royal Worcester Porcelain site has been substantially redeveloped over the last few years, with plans being submitted in 2019 for a massive gallery space and rebuilt bridge.

The latest development would be the third and final part of a three-stage plan granted permission in 2016 which has already seen the Henry Sandon Hall open and a number of neighbouring apartments built by Berkeley Homes.
