FOOTAGE of a terrifying pursuit of a stolen car through the streets of Worcester has been released by police.
The video, lasting more than two minutes long, shows the pursuit of the vehicle that at times can be seen going faster than 50mph through narrow streets.
We previously reported three men were arrested on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle and burglary, in the early hours of Tuesday morning. Now police have released the video of the horrifying chase in the moments before the arrest of the men.
The chase begins at Cathedral Plaza, with the vehicle followed through Sidbury and Diglis.
The blue vehicle runs through two red lights, straight across a number of roundabouts at speed, and uses the right hand side of the road to make sharp turns.
It appears the driver then loses control before the car comes to a stop, with the driver seen jumping out and running in a failed attempt to escape police.
