A 27-year-old man was arrested today on suspicion of attempted murder in relation to the "violent incident" at Crossway Green, Stourport, that took place on Friday.

Earlier police revealed men aged 48, 18 and 21, and a 21-year-old woman, were arrested on Monday with all four having been bailed.

Forensic officers could be seen loading items onto a white van, while there were a number of police vehicles, and the road was reduced to one lane to passing traffic.

A recent police statement read: "We are still appealing for witnesses to the incident and are keen to speak to a motorist who we believe stopped to help."
