FOUR people have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder following a "violent incident" prior to a truck travelling the wrong way hitting three men.
Men aged 48, 18 and 21 and a 21-year-old woman were arrested on Monday (December 14) "in relation to an attack" at Crossway Green, Stourport. All four have been bailed.
Police earlier confirmed there had been a violent incident before the truck had travelled in the wrong direction down the A449, hitting the men and taking off before being abandoned nearby.

A police spokesman said the specifics of the violent incident were being examined as part of the wider investigation into the truck incident.
The most recent police statement read: "We are still appealing for witnesses to the incident and are keen to speak to a motorist who we believe stopped to help."
