A DOCTOR was fined £1,000 for failing to give details about the driver of a vehicle, when asked to do so by Droitwich police.
Dr Mohammod Nisar, of Farquhar Road, Birmingham, was asked to provide the details on the driver of a Mercedes, who was alleged to be guilty of an offence, when he was spoken to by police in Droitwich on September 2.

A second offence of speeding in a Mercedes on the M5 in July this year, that Nisar had pleaded not guilty to, was dismissed as the crown offered no evidence.
The 48-year-old was given the £1,000 fine, and was ordered to pay costs of £620 and a victim surcharge of £100.
Nisar was given six penalty points.
