STREET: Road closed
A ROAD in Worcester was closed yesterday so police could assist a person in a "mental health crisis."
The A4440 Crookbarrow Way was closed yesterday (July 1) which caused traffic disruption.
LPPT South - West Mercia Police Tweeted last night at 7.26pm: "Apologies for the traffic disruption on the A4440 Crookbarrow Way today.
"It was necessary to close the road for a short period in order to assist a person in mental health crisis. Situation safely resolved by SWorcsCops.
Thank you for your patience."
