A cyclist was taken to Worcestershire Royal Hospital following a crash on a busy Worcester roundabout.
Police and paramedics were called after reports of a collision between a car and a bicycle in Warndon on Sunday morning.
A witness at the time said: “It looks like a bad accident, an injured man was seen on the road and police cars and ambulances are there.”
A spokesman for West Midlands Ambulance Service said: “We were called to reports of a collision between a car and a bicycle at the roundabout where Woodgreen Drive and Mill Wood Drive meet at 11.08am on Sunday. An ambulance attended the scene.
“The caller said that the cyclist was wearing a helmet.
“The rider was assessed at the scene and taken to Worcestershire Royal Hospital as a precaution for further assessment and treatment.”
West Mercia Police also confirmed they were there.
