A MAN was taken to Worcestershire Royal Hospital following a four-vehicle crash on the M5.
The emergency services were called to the M5 junction 7 to 6 northbound after reports of a van on its side on the carriageway.
An ambulance and a paramedic officer were sent to the scene at 4.31pm on Sunday (June 14).
On arrival, crews found the panel van on its side and a car on the grass verge.
Everyone was out of the vehicles when the ambulance arrived at the crash.
A woman and two children from the car were unhurt.
There were two men in the van – one, was assessed and taken to Worcestershire Royal with injuries not believed to be serious.
Police and Highways were also called to the crash.
Junction 7 was shut for around one hour and lane one remained closed for a further hour.
