A WOMAN has been taken to hospital following a crash involving a bus and a car.
The woman is thought to have had a medical episode before the crash.
An air ambulance attended the scene in Bromyard Road
A spokesman for West Midlands Ambulance Service said: “We were called at 7:38am to reports of a collision involving a car and bus on Bromyard Road in Worcester.
"The Midlands Air Ambulance from Cosford, two land ambulances, a paramedic officer and BASICS doctor attended the scene.
"On arrival crews found the driver of the car, a woman, who’s believed to have had a medical episode prior to the collision. She received treatment on scene before being taken to Worcestershire Royal Hospital by land for further treatment.”
The road is now open after being closed for around 5 hours.
