RISING: Flooding in Worcester
HERE are the latest road closures in Worcestershire following the floods.
- Hylton Road, Worcester
- Hanley Road, Upton
- Bewdley bridge (with a free shuttle bus from 6:30am - 9:30pm between Queensway, Wribbenhall and Load Street)
- Stourport Road and Switchback, Bewdley
Worcs Highways and Travel have said the river levels are rising so it's recommended drivers park further away from the river.
There are free student school shuttle buses available during the floods:
From Upton to/from Hanley Castle High School whilst Hanley Road is closed.
From Bewdley to/from Bewdley School whilst Bewdley bridge is closed to pedestrians.
