The ANNUAL Shrove Tuesday pancake relay race will be taking place tomorrow (February 25) at Worcester Cathedral.
The race will be along three sides of the Cloister, starting at 9.15am.
The cathedral choir, comprising choristers attending King’s School Worcester - will be split into two teams, one for Decani and one for Cantoris, the two sides of the choir, along with a few guest team members.
There will be a different element to the race along each side of the Cloister – participants will have to dribble a football between some cones on one side, balance a small bean bag on their head along another, and pass a hoop over their head on the third, all the time holding a pan with a pancake in it, and flipping it on every corner of the Cloister.
