RESIDENTS from Toronto Close in Lowerwick have experienced serious flooding.
Four adults, two dogs and a cat had to be evacuated from their homes late last night.
Louise Green lives on the Close and said: "It is something we are used to here, this road sometimes floods. However, it hasn't been this bad since 2007.
"We are lucky as it is only our porch and garage that have been affected, those further up the close have had it really bad. The police and fire service were here evacuating people at about 2am.
"I saw them taking dogs on boats out of the close. We were asked if we wanted to evacuate, but we chose to stay here as the flooding wasn't so bad for us.
"The road is still filled with water now, we get it from the front and the back. It is slightly better than it was, but people are still struggling to get in and out."
Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service were called to the scene at 22:39 to evacuate residents.
