A MAN has admitted kidnapping and possession of an offensive weapon, described in court as 'a lump hammer'.
Lee Magic appeared at Worcester Crown Court on Monday where he pleaded guilty to both offences in Kathmandu Close, Bromsgrove on August 25 last year.
Judge Nicolas Cartwright adjourned the case for a pre-sentence report and a psychiatric report to be prepared.
Magic, 43, of Dunley Close, Swindon, will next appear for sentence at Worcester Crown Court for sentence on Friday, February 21.
The sentencing hearing was given a one hour time estimate by the judge.
He was granted bail on condition he does not enter specified parts of Bromsgrove including Kathmandu Close and does not have contact, directly or indirectly, with named witnesses.
