GIVEN the absolute shocking state of affairs on the Worcester - Hereford and Worcester - Birmingham train route, courtesy of West Midlands Railway, it would be good to see space dedicated to holding this company to account on behalf of the people of Worcester rather than merely repeating their own desultory twitter updates, which now apparently function as a substitute for any meaningful communication or relationship management strategy.

(I refer you to the discontinuation of the ‘Meet The Manager’ sessions; someone perhaps running scared?)
Given the fare increase in January and the continued deterioration after the December timetable change, I would not be surprised if this continues to simmer away over the next 12 months.
