A COUNCILLOR is concerned over HGV parking on a city street.
For around a week, vehicles have been laying up overnight on Plantation Drive in the Warndon area of Worcester.
Warndon Parish Council’s Robyn Norfolk, leisure and community representative, said: “Residents have complained to me over this issue.
“The vehicles block the road, making it unsafe for vehicles to drive in the area, and I’ve had reports of litter being left around the area.
“It’s only a recent thing but it needs sorting.”
It is not clear who the vehicles belong to or where they go to during daylight hours.
The road does not have any enforcement restrictions, such as yellow lines, so parking there is not illegal.
