A PERSISTENT offender has been back in court again and admitted stealing.
Carl Bainbridge, of no fixed abode, appeared at Kidderminster Magistrates Court and pleaded guilty to the charges.
A charge of failing to attend Worcester Magistrates Court on December 5, when the proceedings were originally scheduled to take place, was dropped.
The 34-year-old pleaded guilty to stealing a phone charger valued at £13.98 and cider worth £2.99 from a B&M Bargains store.

In addition Bainbridge pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to custody at Worcester Magistrates Court.
After a warrant was issued following his non appearance at Worcester Magistrates Court, Bainbridge was taken into custody before his appearance at Kidderminster.
For all three offences magistrates sentenced Bainbridge, of no fixed abide, to be detained in courthouse.
It was deemed he had already served the punishment, due to the time already spent in custody.
Bainbridge also admitted breaching a community discharge, that is in place from November 2 when it was imposed for the offences of being drunk and disorderly and failing to surrender to bail.
No action was taken on the breach.
In October, Bainbridge pleaded guilty to one count of threatening behaviour, and in April Bainbridge admitted assaulting a police constable and breaching a criminal behaviour order - when magistrates warned him that was his last chance.
Bainbridge is understood to owe more than £4,000 in outstanding fines to the court.
