A MAN smashed the window of a city barbers while on a night out in Worcester to celebrate his 21st birthday.
Daniel Edwards was ejected from Sin nightclub on October 1 and got into an argument, pushing over a sign before going to Cornmarket and smashing the window of Kent's Hairdressers, Worcester Magistrates Court heard.
Emily Clewer, prosecuting, said: "He used both hands to strike the window, causing it to break and setting off the alarm."

Miss Clewer said Edwards quickly left the area but an eyewitness had seen him cause the criminal damage and gave police a description so they were able to find him.
Miss Clewer said Edwards said in interview he could not remember breaking the window, but Edwards accepted it as a witness had spotted and identified him, and said he must have broken the window on impulse.
Miss Clewer added Edwards had eight convictions for 10 offences.
Mark Sheward, defending, said: "On the date in question he had been out to celebrate his 21st birthday with friends.
"At the end of the evening he got into an argument with one of his friends.
"He became frustrated. He broke the window. He accepted it in interview. He comes to court and accepts it again. He asks me to apologise to the court for his own stupidity and the drunkenness."
Magistrates fined Edwards, of Crossley Walk, Bromsgrove, £19 for the criminal damage and ordered him to pay Kent's Hairdressers £200 in compensation, court costs of £135, and a victim surcharge of £32.
The total, £386, was to be added to the outstanding money Edwards already owes the court.
After the case, which was heard on Thursday, Anthony Kent, owner of the hairdressers, said: "Window breaking is often seen as a victimless crime, but that couldn't be further from the truth.
