A NEW Mediterranean pub and restaurant in Worcester celebrated its opening night last week.
Ego, which is based at Manor Farm in Malvern Road, opened officially on October 17 after the completion of a six-week refurbishment.
The pub, which is the latest addition to the nationwide chain, is a Mediterranean inspired restaurant offering a variety of menus including dedicated gluten free and vegan menus, plus two kids’ menus including a kids ‘Make Your Own Pizza’.
Last week saw several charity events to raise money for county charity What Makes You Different Makes You Beautiful.

More than £2,250 was raised over two nights and guests including Mayor of Worcester Allah Ditta got a first glimpse of the transformed venue and food and drinks on offer.
Kim Philpotts, founder of WMYDMYB, said: “Thank you very much to Ego at Manor Farm for selecting us as your charity for your launch nights.
“We were so proud to work alongside you thank you to the customers and staff that helped raise those vital funds for our charity.
“The monies will be used for help towards trips and family sessions particularly this Christmas.”
Now the restaurant is up and running, it will be open every day from 11am until 10.30pm.
The Manor Farm site is the latest in the chain after another branch was opened in Bromsgrove in August.
