FLOOD levels on the river Severn in Worcester have peaked after the heavy rain of this week.
The river level peaked at the gauges in Worcester and Diglis 3.48 metres and 3.10 metres respectively.
There remains a flood alert on the river as these are above the levels when flooding is possible.

However the river levels are now likely to drop as the forecast is not looking too bad in the coming days.
It is set to be dry throughout the day, with light rain forecast overnight, into Friday morning.

Friday evening it will be dry after noon, with temperatures at around 16C.
Saturday looks another dry day, before the rain returns on Sunday.
