Kind and caring Pat Jones works at
Hollymount School, Gorse Hill,
Worcester, and was a runner-up in this year’s Support Staff of the Year Award.
Pat has worked at the school for years and was a worthy finalist.
Headteacher Emma Pritchard said: “Here at Hollymount we are really proud that Pat Jones is a finalist.
“It is wonderful for Pat to receive this recognition as she has worked at our school supporting children for many years.
“She is a kind, caring member of the school team who both staff and
students know they can turn to for help and support.”
The school is described on its website as “a happy, welcoming school with an inclusive ethos.
“Every child is valued, without discrimination on the grounds of gender, ethnicity, culture or disability.”
Hollymount School is part of The
Black Pear Trust, which was set up in 2014.
Since then it has gained permission to become an academy.
