A SCHOOL which often refers to itself as being a ‘family’ was a runner-up in this year’s Worcestershire Education Awards.
Bowbrook House School bagged the Secondary School of the Year Award in 2017. Headteacher Chris Allen said he was absolutely delighted to have been nominated for the awards for the second time.
Mr Allen said: “This is truly a team effort: my heartfelt thanks to all staff, pupils and parents- the wider Bowbrook House family - who all contribute to the happy, productive and nurturing school we all belong to.”
Secondary schools need a team effort to be a success, and so it is no surprise that Bowbrook House School was a finalist.
