TRAVELLERS have set up camp in Evesham College's car park.

Five caravans have reportedly arrived overnight at the Davies Road site, and the college has said it is working with police to "resolve the situation".

A spokesman for the college, part of Warwickshire College Group, said: "We are aware that caravans have parked illegally on our Evesham College car park site, and we are currently working with the Evesham Town South and Rural West Safer Neighbourhood Team to assess and resolve the situation.

"The safeguarding of all our students and staff remains our top priority."
