A MAN has been arrested after acting aggressively towards a probation officer while carrying a knife and a table leg.
The incident took place yesterday outside Castle Street police station in Worcester.
South Worcestershire IOM posted on Facebook yesterday at around 9.30pm: “Long day for the team today. Started out with some planned enquiries and paperwork. Then stayed on late to conduct a number of enquiries for one of the people we manage who become unlawfully at large.
“When returning to the nick after being 2.5 hours late off we assisted South Worcestershire Cops when a male was reported to be outside the police station acting aggressively towards a probation officer.
“Our Sergeant arrested him after he was found in possession of knives and a table leg."
