TWO people have been arrested after threats were made with an air pistol.
Police officers seized the air pistol during a public disorder incident in Port Street, in Evesham, at around 11.50pm last night.
They then confiscated an air rifle, which they discovered while searching a property.
A 32-year-old woman and a 35-year-old man, both from Evesham, were arrested for possession of firearms.
Both are still in custody and investigations are ongoing.
A West Mercia Police spokesman said: "We are appealing for any who may have seen the public disorder to get in touch with 101 so that we can further our investigation. Please call 101 quoting incident 820s on 7 April. Alternatively, information can be provided anonymously to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
