POLICE are looking for information after a dog was attacked in a field on the edge of Malvern.
The attach happened in the field off Tanhouse Lane on Monday, February 25, between 12.30pm and 1pm.
According to police, the attack caused the dog, called Dolly, a wound that needed a number of stitches, and caused "considerable distress" to the owner’s 16-year-old son, who was walking the dog at the time.
PC Nadia White said: "I am looking to identify a lady who was walking her three dogs at the time, these dogs are described as being a Great Dane, Alsatian and an Alsatian/collie cross.
"The lady is a white female aged late 20s-early 30s; she had long hair tied up, and has been seen with a young child sometimes.
"I would like to try and identify the owner responsible for these dogs to try and prevent them attacking any other dogs or walkers."
Anyone who can provide information is urged to call PC White on the non-emergency number 101.
