A THIEF has been given a community order after stealing clothes from Worcester shops.
Robert Gibson, 43, stole a coat worth £100 and a jacket worth £299.99 from Mountain Warehouse, clothing worth £65 from Ice Menswear and items worth £109 from Homebase.
Gibson, of Warmstry Court, Quay Street, Worcester, admitted the offences, which took place between August 25 and November 11 last year.
He was sentenced at Worcester Magistrates Court on Thursday, February 14.
Gibson was banned from the shops he targeted for 12 months, given a community order which includes drug addiction rehabilitation, and told to pay a total of £450 in fines and court costs.
